Founder's Corner

Patrick Emerson, your primary instructor and founder of Rescue Factor 360, started his training as a cadet with Ventura County Fire Department, continuing his education at Los Angeles Valley College where he earned a Fire Technology Degree. Patrick has been an executive security agent for 12 years, working with agencies ranging from the Secret Service & State Department to a variety of local fire and law enforcement agencies. Throughout his career, Patrick has been exposed to a variety of real world events, including choking, hypothermia & hyperthermia, cardiac arrest, and trauma related incidents. In 2010 Patrick joined a volunteer Search & Rescue organization with the Ventura County Sheriff’s Department

During his time protecting and serving others, Patrick has been recognized for outstanding service with a Certificate of Merit from Honolulu City Council, Certificate of Commendation from Honolulu Fire Department and the Citizen Medal of Merit from Peace Officers Association of Ventura County.
